– Depois que a ficha cai, nesse caso, vem sempre a pior parte: Jogar de novo.

Eu sei as regras, te conheço o suficiente para saber que nada em você é de verdade. Sei perfeitamente que a cada palavra que diz, joga no vento um dado; e assim como em aposta sem sentido, quer chegar sempre na frente.  Parabéns, você está vencendo e me deixando para trás.  Dói agora, mas tenho certeza que depois de uma noite de sono – e choro – estarei melhor. Cicatrizando. Te assistindo de longe, e lembrando de como você mudou. Na verdade, bem no fundo sei que você continua igual, só que não comigo, com ela, com outras, com todas que as que se deixem levar.

Enquanto eu finjo que não ligo, e digo as brincadeiras mais sérias do mundo, eu tento chegar mais perto, mas tenho sempre a sensação que nunca é o suficiente. Enganar alguém que já sabe o final da história talvez não tenha mais tanta graça para você.

Nesse exato momento,  quero  colocar um outdoor bem em frente a sua casa, dizendo: Aqui mora um idiota. Mas, acredito que todos tenham um papel importante aqui na terra, e o seu é justamente esse, iludir, enganar e transformar garotas ingênuas.

Quer saber? Desejo que você seja feliz, só que para o meu bem, longe de mim.

    So not really on the same topic as your post, but I found this today and I just can’t resist sharing. Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”
